I have worn many hats in life, but nothing brings me more joy than learning how to live in this body of mine holistically and fulfilled with pleasure. My own struggles with my health motivated me to learn how to care for my  sexual and reproductive health in a manner that was a pleasant experience for my body. My personal experiences inspired me to immerse myself in the human sexuality space, where I began to practice the knowledge gained and developed a deep passion for sharing what I've learned with other Black men and women. 

Driven by the desire to create a safe space for discussions and elimination of shame I started hosting barbershop sex talks, social media events and invested in my professional development, eventually becoming a Certified American Board Sexologist. Through these experiences, I discovered just how much we needed each others wisdom and support. 

I spent years as a sex toy consultant and this role exposed me to the unique relationships and challenges Black adults had with their sexual health and pleasure. My gatherings became special events where participants could truly learn, share wisdom, explore their preferences, and navigate their curiosity. Through these interactions, I realized the transformative power of pleasure and sexual health and saw a gap in the market for a sanctuary where Black men and women could come together to celebrate and embrace their sexuality in a safe, affirming community.

This led to the birth of Noir Plezhər. Through curated resources, engaging discussions, curated natural sexual health products and somatic education, I aim to foster a community that embraces pleasure as a vital aspect of our overall wellness.
